About three months ago, I came in hoping to get a car, but unfortunately it didn’t work out. Even though we weren’t able to make a deal the first time, Odeh did everything he could to help. What stood out the most was that he stayed in touch with me afterward. He wasn’t just focused on selling a car, he genuinely checked in on me and understood my situation. That meant a lot. Because of the way I was treated, I decided to come back. The first attempt was close, and on the second attempt we were able to make it happen. Knowing my financial situation, Odeh and Juan worked hard to find an option that fit my budget. They helped me leave with a reasonable down payment that didn’t put me in a difficult financial position, along with a monthly payment I could comfortably afford. I also want to recognize Riz Ali, who handled the financing and paperwork. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. Honesty is something I value, and Riz was transparent every step of the way. He treated both my fiancée and me with respect, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable before signing anything. We never felt pressured, and that gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. If you have less-than-perfect credit, I highly recommend Empire Nissan. My credit wasn’t the best, but they treated me with respect, never made me feel judged, and worked hard to find a solution. They truly went above and beyond to help me, and they were great people to work with throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in until we drove away in our new vehicle, every person we interacted with was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help. He gave me the best out the door price, no haggling, no games, no dealer add ons, etc. He was very transparent and honest. I went to the dealership and purchased the truck in 1.5 hours. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Empire Nissan from the service department (specifically Ryan O’Keefe) to the sales personnel, to the finance personnel (specifically Adel Rizk) have always made us feel welcome and like we were part of the family. No one ever pushes you to do something you don’t want to do or makes you feel like you might be missing out if you don’t do what they suggest or recommend. Most recently we purchased a vehicle from Ali Shah. Ali was so accommodating, kind, and caring about what we wanted and what we were looking for. This is the kind of treatment you receive when you go to Empire Nissan. We’ve been to many different dealers all over the country, and we 100% believe that Empire Nissan stands out amongst all of them. Even the people who are not actively working with you still go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable while you’re waiting (for service or to purchase your car or whatever you’re there for). We always go to Ryan as our service advisor. He always remembers what we’ve had done, what we need done, or what we may have asked about the last time we saw him. Ryan has always taken care of our vehicles and our family. At this point, Ryan is like our family. I cannot recommend Empire Nissan enough. If you want to get a good vehicle at a good price from good people who will give you good service and take care of you, you absolutely have to go to Empire Nissan.

The guy that helped was nice and friendly. One thing I really appreciate is the people that’s helping you when you take your car in for service, don’t try to sell you on things. Do what you asked, and afterwards lets you know if something needs to be fixed or change etc.
