I own two 2020 Nissan Sentra. Both cars experienced the exact same failure—the first one broke down on June 28th and the second in August—where the alternator suddenly failure, they broke up. Both vehicles stopped running while we were driving; they suddenly quit on the road, which put our lives in danger. The situation was unsecure and scare. We had to have them towed to Empire Nissan Ontario Service. This review covers the service we received in August, which was excellent. Mark Avila, the service advisor, was incredibly diligent and courteous in helping us resolve the issue as quickly as possible. He kept us constantly updated on the service progress; I never had to call him and wait for a response, as he always took the initiative and called me first thing in the morning with updates. Empire Nissan has always provided us with excellent service; I always take my cars there because I trust that I am receiving honest, fast, and friendly service, without any extra or deceptive charges. I have owned three different Nissan Sentra models and have lived in both Northern California and the Los Angeles area, yet I always return to Nissan Ontario because of their service excellence and honesty. I purchased my Nissan Rogue from Empire Nissan in 2024. I am a return customer and have had the best customer service from Mgr. Alan and my sales associate Isaak. I’ve been treated kindly and with the upmost respect. Isaak consistently comes to check I would like more water snacks etc. while I wait for the oil maintenance.
