This Empire Nissan in Ontario has grade A customer service absolutely recommend, we worked with Mark Avila. Had issues with another dealership that I will not name, but it was a legitimate issue that would not be acknowledged. We felt pretty frustrated gaslit and disappointed thinking we were not going to receive help. Issues with transmission after having it serviced here. Hoping to get it fixed without getting stuck with the bill.
But Carlos Gonzalez Tirado in the service department was great and helped me with everything else I had to get done. Honest and friendly.
Update: Transmission died most likely from having the fluid changed in the first place as it’s a known issue. Empire Nissan took care of me, repaired it as it was under warranty and had me in a rental the whole time. The transmission took over a month to come in but that has nothing to do ... Gary Worley is an excellent service advisor. His friendly and sincere greetings goes a long way towards customer service. He doesn't try and "upscale" you, he advises what is needed. He checks in on you and updates with progress reports, last but not least he asks if you were satisfied with the work performed. He's a definite asset to Empire Nissan service department...
